About Sandy Springs HVAC

A heating and cooling company built on a simple promise to ourselves: tell people the truth about their equipment.

Why We Work This Way

Sandy Springs HVAC grew out of something we kept seeing on service calls: homeowners who had been told they needed a whole new system when a single part would have bought them several more good seasons, and others who kept paying for repair after repair on equipment that should have been replaced long before. Both mistakes cost real money, and both come from the same place, which is nobody sitting down and showing the customer the numbers.

So the work is built around measuring first and talking straight. A technician tests the equipment before recommending anything. You hear what is wrong, what the fix costs and, on older systems, how that compares with replacement. When new equipment is the right call, it is sized to the house and its ducts, installed carefully and tested before we leave.

The same approach applies to a furnace in a ranch house, a heat pump in a newer two-story, a seasonal tune-up or a rooftop unit over a restaurant.

What We Set Out to Do

Every customer should understand what is wrong with their system and what each option costs well enough to make the decision themselves. In practice that means explanations in plain English, no push to retire equipment that still has life in it, and honesty when it does not.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Honest repair-or-replace advice

Age, condition, repair history and cost laid out so you can decide.

  • Equipment sized to the house

Replacements matched to the home and its ductwork, not copied from the old label.

  • Clean, careful work

Drop cloths, shoe covers, a tidy work area and old equipment hauled away.

  • Seven days a week

Daytime visits on all seven days, with an emergency line answered around the clock.

  • Homes and businesses

House systems and commercial rooftop and split equipment handled by one team.

  • Price before work

The cost is explained and approved before anything is repaired or replaced.

Standards on Every Job

These are the habits every technician brings to every visit.

  • Readings and tests before any recommendation, with clear pricing before work starts
  • Equipment sized to the building, floors protected and written maintenance summaries
